OfficeCare is an Information Technology managed services company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We work with Presidents, CFOs, CIOs, and IT executives who are frustrated with increasing technology costs, fed up with poor results from their technology partners, and upset that their business productivity is limited, not enhanced, by technology. Through our IT on demand and managed services model, we reduce your costs and increase your company’s IT service levels.
What We Do
Our core business is Information Technology managed services and consulting. We consult with, install, and manage simple to complex IT environments for small, medium and large organizations. We provide on-demand remote helpdesk services and on-demand onsite services.
Through our managed services model we can proactively, and often remotely, maintain and fix your systems. We are a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, with Infrastructure and Small Business specific certifications. We make technology work for your business.
How We Help
We perform work that is important to you, but not part of your core business. We help you focus on your core business by taking responsibility for your IT infrastructure. We take responsibility for as much or as little as you want. For some of our customers, we support their entire technology infrastructure. The buck stops with us, from the helpdesk, to the server, to the PDA; we are responsible for supporting it all. For other customers we support only their desktop PCs and printers, and their internal IT staff does the rest.
